Employers are able to sign up and:

* Manage jobs postings.
* Can create alerts which are sent via Email to alert of new job seekers entering the system. Also specify alerts to be triggered by specific keyword(s).
* View post statistics, such as the number of hits and number of online applications.
* Change account settings.
* Edit your profile.
* Send email to job seekers via the website.
