We are looking for Australian and NZ citizens or Australian permanent residents, who have completed a minimum three year undergraduate degree in 2008, 2009 or will successfully complete a degree by the end of 2010 in one of the following areas:

• IT
• Finance
• Engineering
• Commerce & Business
• Marketing
• Human Resources

We are looking for well-rounded, practical self starters who have achieved a balance between good academic results and other interests such as work and extra curricular activities. We’re all about innovation so welcome your new ideas, and you’ll need to be adaptable as it’s a fast changing environment.

Each program is unique and varies in length from 12 – 24 months, but as a graduate you will have a series of rotations across your business unit or line of business. You will do real work that builds your skills, and be involved in a range of development activities tailored to your area of interest and development need.

To assist you through the program you’ll be supported by an experienced mentor to guide you through your journey. The graduate network, your assigned buddy and of course your manager will all help you gain the most from the program, while ensuring you are well connected for the next stage of your career.
